-- Server Questions --

Do you feel you can handle dealing with more than one person during an admin situation, and being able to remain calm and patient if something is stressing you out or isn't going your way? If so explain why:
Yes, I feel as though I can handle dealing with more than one person in an admin situation as I have previous experience both ingame and real life (quite often in real life actually). I feel somewhat comfortable when dealing with multiple people.
What actions would you take if someone RDM's and RDA's:
I would formally warn people involed and punish them accordingly depending on the severity. Punishments could include demotions, removal from their regiment (If given permission by the CO or higher staff) and bans ranging from non-permanent to permanent (once again depending on the severity and recidivism of the player/players)
What actions would you take if someone threatened to "DDoS' the server:
I would calmly communicate with them and ask why they wish to do so, strongly advising against it and attempting to prevent them from doing it. I would ban them and contact Management and alert them of the situation as it is quite serious.
How long would you ban someone for mass RDM/RDA/NLR:
3 days minimum. It gives them a fair and just punishment and gives them time to reflect on their actions before rejoing the server.
How would you deal with warning someone? In what order and severity. Step by Step.
I would first remove them and bring them to a isolated location, i would then verbally warn them, informing them of their actions and why what they did was wrong to give them an understanding. Depending on the severity, action would be taken although seeing as though it is a warining such action should be unnecessary.
-- Scenarios --

Situation 1 - A recruit joined the server and has been waiting for the recruitment room for some time. He calls a staff member and says "Can I get trained?" In this situation, you are not the rank of Sergeant or higher or simply do not have the time. So what do you do?
I would contact someone with the correct requirements to train them or if below SGT ask permission to train them if no one available to do so.
Situation 2 - Someone starts getting heated within local voice chat over a conversation, he starts yelling or aggressively talking to the other person who is trying to get the other person mad and bring it to OOC chat (/OOC). Bare in mind it is out of character, you wouldn't step in as a staff member in a role play situation.
I would remove the person that is aggitated and speak with him asking why he is aggitated while trying to calm them down. I would attempt to gain an understanding of what happened by asking both parties questions and checking chat logs. After conversing with both the aggitated party and the "victim" I would issue a warning accordingly based on severity to the member who is/was aggitated and the "victim" depending on how much they were involved. The "victim" in most cases would not recieve a warning unless they remained calm and did not retalitate.
Situation 3 - Another staff member is abusing his powers, for example spawning himself guns just to kill things quicker or just tp'ing around just to save time. What are your actions if you wish to act.
I'd first speak to the member and strongly advise against their actions. I would then inform another staff member e.g Hotshot of their actions subsequently issuing a warning and/or ban based on the seriousness their actions of staff abuse was.
